I'm available as a Non-Executive Director (NED), offering advice, support and assistance across various businesses and public services.

I'm an experienced Company Director with a demonstrated history of working across various industry sectors, such as retail, leisure, property, Prop-tech, and Utility. 

As a Non-Executive Director, I can bring a fresh perspective to a business. For example, existing company personnel and senior management often have an internal corporate view on systems and processes – bringing in an 'outsider' can help identify new opportunities and inefficiencies or shortcomings in a business. 

My working style is calm and considerate, and I like to drill into a situation or problem to understand how to consider a positive solution fully. I can act quickly and confidently, as required, and engage and respond to challenging discussions.

I have many years working in leadership roles, gaining real-world experience in various business environments that ensures decisions are founded on a real-world understanding of issues and problems businesses face and how to solve them best.

I am comfortable sitting on boards assessing business demands and needs while working with the senior management team to evaluate performance and key performance indicators critically.

Equally, I like to work in environments where I can assist in resolving any issues impacting social groups or individuals who require additional support.
